1. How to use it?
Wash before using it for the first time. First of all, take the pad out of its
carrying pouch and unfold it. Attach to your panties. Secure the button.
Exchange a clean pad every 3-4 hours.

2. How to disinfect?
Washing with laundry detergent, by hand or washing machine. When it’s time
for laundry, load the pad into the washing machine and wash with lower
temperature (below 40 degree) because blood will set in high temperature. It
won’t stain your other clothes in the washing machine.

3. Will blood stains remain on the pad?
They can be removed by washing the pads daily and the pad will look like
new again.

4. How many pads should we buy?
We recommend you to purchase the trial set to test which size suits your
needs first. Usually, we need to prepare 5-7 day pads and 2-3 night pads for
each cycle.

5. How long can each pad last?
Each pad can be used for up to 2-3 years if you wash and keep it properly.
Carbon footprint is reduced every time you use a reusable pad instead of
disposal ones.
